Snap Shades uses the USPS to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your goods. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we may assist you with the investigation where there is a legitimate claim. Snap Shades cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.

After your payment has been confirmed, Snap Shades will take approximately 1-3 days to process your order. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of completion. If you have not received this e-mail, please check your junk mailbox and/or the e-mail address you have provided is correct Please e-mail us at support@snapshades.us with your Order Number to check the status of your order.

Please be aware there may be some delays during and following any sale/promotional events and any exhibitions/trade shows we attend through out the year.
