Order Tracking

A Tracking Number or Waybill Number will be provided with every Snap Shades purchase. After purchasing a Snap Shade, you will be notified via e-mail the following stages:

  1. Processing

  2. Completed

  3. Tracking number/Waybill Number

Please allow 1 to 3 days in between each. For EMS and DHL Express, time for processing will be between 1 to 2 days.

 

Shipments will typically be dispatched before 12pm AEST. Orders made after this time on Friday will be completed and dispatched on Monday.

If you have not have not received a Tracking Number/Waybill Number or you have noticed that the order has not been “Completed” within 3 days, please notify our friendly staff at Snap Shades for assistance support@snapshades.us.

If you have received a link from Starshipit and no longer have any more updates on the webspage, you can use the 13 digit code at the end of the link (starts with either CH or ET, highlighted yellow in the image above) on the USPS website. On the USPS website, you may find the estimated date/time of arrival to your shipping destination.
